Available only when the DB-backed affiliate-public runtime flag is enabled for this environment; otherwise the route is hidden with 404. Successful and hidden responses include x-edel-runtime-policy-version. Returns the authenticated account’s affiliate registration and referral code, or an explicit unregistered state.
